Once you have ordered, a single Master Weaver will begin to create your art, based on the guidance from Maximo Laura from his original. Each Master Weaver has experience and is specially chosen for their abilities, before receiving further training from Maximo Laura himself. As a single weaver completes one tapestry, the creation process may take 4-5 weeks, but throughout you will be kept updated with regular photographs from the loom. Hand-woven tapestries have depth and intricate designs, so that means the weaver needs to take their time.

Once the weaving is complete, the tapestry is cleaned and stretched. This process increases the elasticity of the fibers and allows the tapestry to reach the desired final size. A Certificate of Authenticity is then stitched into the reverse, so you can always tell an authentic piece of Maximo Laura tapestry art.

Thanks to the reliable service, we can ship the completed tapestry internationally with DHL Express. Once you receive your tapestry wall art, we suggest you hang it using rods at the top and the bottom. These can be metal or wooden, and although we do not supply them, we can advise on the best ones to choose. There are sleeves for these rods to be attached, and the weight of these can keep the tapestry stretched.
